Auto Refresh Custom List View LWC Using Platform Events
This scenario has been designed for developer who possess advanced skills in Lightning Web Component.
Problem Statement
- Create a custom list view LWC component for Cases created today
- Add the LWC component on an App lightning page
- There are three users in the system
- There roles are Supervisor and agent
- Agent creates cases from global action from home page
- Supervisors mainly just keeps the lightning app page open where he can see auto refreshed newly cases getting created in list view
- Make sure the custom view gets auto refreshed whenever a new case is created in system
